Terms and Conditions
Payment for services offered through Vantage Health & Fitness Collective is expected when service is provided, unless alternative payment or financing arrangements are determined and approved in advance.
Trainers, therapists, treatment providers, teachers and coaches offering services through Vantage Health & Fitness Collective operate independently as a contractor of licensee of the Company. Professionals represent themselves as qualified, experienced professionals providing high-quality services in an exceptionally professional manner according to the scope and guidelines of their profession, all applicable local, state and federal regulations and policies and procedures of the Company.
Fees for services, classes, programs and events may be revised at any time, and appropriate, early and written notice will be provided by each professional service provider and Vantage Health & Fitness Collective prior to the effective date of any changes.

All services, classes, programs and events (the “Services”) along with all communication, email or otherwise, delivered by Vantage Health & Fitness Collective (the “Company”), as well as information set forth on the Company website are intended to help clients attain self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values which promote health, fitness, wellness and thereby, enhance well-being. By purchasing Services from the Company or using information set forth by the Company through any communication method, you agree to each statement:
Services received from the Company are not offered as a substitute for professional mental or physical health or medical care and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental or physical health or medical conditions.
The Client understands and agrees that the Client is fully responsible for their well-being during Service sessions, and subsequently, including choices and decisions.
All ideas, comments, exercises and activities offered by the Company are solely for the purpose of aiding the Client in achieving their defined health, fitness and wellness goals.
The Company will protect client information and communications, email or otherwise, as confidential unless the client states otherwise in writing.
If the client reports child, elder abuse or neglect or threatens to harm self or someone else, the client understands necessary actions will be taken and confidentiality agreement is limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if the Company is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, the Company will do so to the extent the law requires.
Refund Policy
Appointment-based Services: Payment for services is expected and due at the time service is completed in each and all instances. There are no refunds for services that are completed and paid for in full.
Classes: Prepaid classes and class packages are non-refundable and non-extendable. Payment for a class or class package with subsequent non-attendance is non-refundable. Prepaid classes and class packages are subject to the limits of time. Always check your expiration date before and after your purchase.
Events: All events are non-refundable, non-extendable and non-transferable to other events due to non-attendance or absence. Be sure you can attend before purchasing any event attendance.
Cancellation Policy
We require, on behalf of our professional services provider contracts:
Appointment-based services
A valid credit card on file is required for booking all appointment-based services - regardless of what payment method is used to complete the service. A client's credit card will only be charged for completed service except that Vantage Health & Fitness Collective reserves the right to impose a fee of:
50% of the service fee, chargeable to the credit card on file, when a client cancels or reschedules an appointment late (less than 24-hours notice) or
100% of the service fee, chargeable to the credit card on file, if a client fails to show completely.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment-based service, please contact your service provider directory or contact our office as soon as possible - at least 24 hours in advance - to avoid any fees. If you call during non-business hours, please leave a detailed message and your message will be used for date/time purposes.
Classes
Registration for classes is available on a first-come basis subject to published event registration maximums and minimums for participation. Participation may not be available if maximum enrollments are met and a class may be cancelled by the host if minimum enrollments are not met. In the case of class cancellation due to low enrollment, clients can receive a refund of event fee in the form of Company credit or original method of payment.
Events
Registration for events is available on a first-come basis subject to published event registration maximums and minimums for participation. Participation may not be available if maximum enrollments are met and an event may be cancelled by the host if minimum enrollments are not met. In the case of event cancellation due to low enrollment, clients can receive a refund of event fee in the form of Company credit or original method of payment.
