About Us

Our Mission

Our collective mission is simple: we are a supportive community of professionals, members and clients working together to live healthier, feel our best and help each other along the way.

From our years of working as trainers, coaches, bodyworkers and more, one thing that unites us is enjoying good company around us! Vantage Collective gives us the opportunity to maintain our independent schedules and operations while sharing in community with each other and with you.

As a collective, we are guided by our “3 Ps”:

Positive

Health positive, body positive, life positive. We aim to foster an uplifting space and community where we can each come as we are and take good care—of ourselves, and each other.

Some days are awesome, some may be awful, and a lot are in-between, but we believe in positive trajectory and the contributions that effort and intention make to our work towards our goals.

Personal

Each of us has our own health, fitness and well-being goals that are unique to us AND overlap with the collection of services, programs and spaces Vantage Collective has to offer.

We think it feels good to know each other’s names and share whatever it is that makes us feel more connected: a laugh, good food, stories or a funny video, a fist bump, some eye contact… or sometimes we just need an escape with our headphones in the gym!

Professional

We are professional healers, bodyworkers, coaches, trainers and teachers. We do what we do exceptionally well—and we want our appearance, language, behaviors and presence to reflect that for the ideal client experience.

Each of us work within industry guidelines and standards for our conduct and presence, to maintain professionalism and make them ring true for each of us.

We look forward to meeting and working with you soon!

☉ FAQs

Questions?
We’ve got answers.

  • Vantage accepts cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), ACH, and several other methods such as Venmo and PayPal. If you pay your service professional directly, the methods they accept may differ.

A credit or debit card is required to RESERVE a massage or personal training appointment. You will not be charged until after the appointment is completed.  At your appointment, you can choose another form of payment.

We DO NOT accept insurance for massage therapy, personal training or health coaching services. If you have a health savings account (I), you may be able to use it to cover massage costs if it qualifies as medically necessary. We can provide you a receipt of completed service and payment upon request.

  • Please contact Vantage at 414-915-5640 OR your service professional directly (depending on what your specific arrangements are with your professional!) to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Vantage and individual professionals have late-cancel and no-show policies if adequate notice is not received.  “Late-cancel” fees are typically 50% of the fee for service if notice is not provided at least 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment.  “No-show” fees are typically 100% of the fee for service if notice is not provided and you do not attend your appointment. Fees will be charged to the credit/debit card used to reserve your appointment.

  • Vantage and service professionals ask you to keep a credit/debit card on file to reserve your appointment. You can change the method of payment when services are provided, and your credit/debit card may be charged in the case of “late cancel” or “no show” fees.

  • Prices of massage therapy do not include tips/gratuities. While not required, gratuity for massage is very much appreciated and customary to consider for excellent service provided.

For most types of massage, many people prefer to be completely nude when they receive a massage, while others prefer to keep their undergarments on.  It’s completely up to you, and you are encouraged to undress to your level of comfort. Licensed massage therapists must ensure that clients are always properly covered by a sheet or towel, genitals will never be exposed, and only the specific areas being massaged will be uncovered.

For Thai bodywork/Thai Yoga Massage, you will remain clothed. Wear loose comfortable clothing to allow for ease of movement.

You are encouraged to openly communicate with the massage therapist about your preferences and comfort.  If anything needs to be adjusted, or if we are almost (but not quite) getting the right spot, just speak up and let us know right away!

  • Please wear exercise/athletic clothing for all training sessions – including dressing in layers. Choose clothing that is comfortable and allows you to move and use indoor sneakers/training shoes.

Make sure you are feeling well (not ill or injured, in this case talk with your trainer before coming!), you are well-rested, fed and ready to go. You may also want a water bottle. We provide towels, water fountains, cups, and other basic amenities.

You are encouraged to openly communicate with your trainer or coach about your experience, preferences and comfort.  If anything needs to be adjusted, considered or anything related to your health or ability to train changes, please talk with your trainer.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment or class – we recommend at least 5-10 minutes so you can check in, settle in and prepare.  We have locker rooms, saunas and a lounge area that are open to you before and after appointments and classes.

If you are arriving for class or an appointment for the first time, please arrive a few extra minutes early to sign up, sign in and complete new client paperwork.
