Class Policies
We welcome all interests, abilities and skills to our classes! You are encouraged to ask questions, listen to your body, work at your own pace, and of course, check with your medical health professional before beginning a new exercise activity.
Class attendance follows first-come practices. Popular classes and times can fill quickly. If you would like to sign up early, you can sign up using the Mindbody App or online through our website. If you are not present for class at the start time, you forfeit your reservation for someone else to use!
Payment for classes is required at the time of class. Please purchase your class pass online, through the Mindbody App, or at the front desk.
If you are attending Vantage Collective for classes for the first time, please arrive a couple of minutes early for registration and paperwork.
Please practice good personal and community health practices! Make sure you are feeling healthy and well, wear comfortable and appropriate clothing (shoes required in the gym!), bring water and any individual equipment or comforts you might need. General exercise/yoga equipment used in classes is available for use.
Appointment Booking Procedures & Policies
We aim to provide the best experience possible to support your health, fitness and wellness along with being a premier provider of exceptional massage therapy as a locally-owned Milwaukee business. A few policies and procedures help us work together better:
All massage therapists, personal trainers, and health coaches operate as independent business service providers in cooperation with Vantage Collective, therefore, prices, schedules and general provision of service is guided by therapist or trainer preference.
We commit to working to keep you informed and minimize any possible disruptions to service and scheduling.
We thank you, in advance, for your understanding when changes or events happen beyond our immediate control. Please keep open communication with us also!Online appointment requests: Please note your online appointment request is pending until you receive an email and/or phone call confirmation from Vantage Collective or your service provider directly, with your full appointment booking information.
Credit card on file: We require that a current, valid credit card be placed on file with us at the time of your appointment booking. You will not be charged for any services until after your appointment is successfully complete with us. We do require a credit card on file in order to process no-show or late cancel fees per our service policies.
We REQUIRE 24-hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. This allows us the opportunity to rebook appointments and provides adequate preparatory notice to your therapist. Please view our full service policies for complete details.
Late Cancel: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours-notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the applicable rate for appointment.
No-show: Failures to arrive for appointment entirely are subject to a fee of 100% of the applicable rate for the appointment
Insurance is not accepted for massage therapy, personal training, or health coaching services. Some insurance providers, Health Savings Accounts, and Flexible Spending Accounts may consider massage therapy, personal training, or health coaching as allowable expenditures. This will need to be determined by you and your insurance provider.
