I enjoy helping older women discover the strength they already possess. Maybe that strength is underneath movement patterns that aren’t working like they used to. Maybe it’s hidden under a lack of self-confidence. Whatever the case is for you, your experiences & sensations will serve as a foundation for you & I to work together toward your strength & movement goals.
A workout and recess: that’s what I want clients to say at the end of a session. I disliked sports growing up because I felt like I couldn’t do things “right” due to my musculoskeletal differences. Yoga taught me that I could move differently than others & still be “right.” Theatre gave me the skills to listen & work with others to create & have fun. I love to work with you, help you find your strength & have a lot of fun while doing it.
