About Rob

Functional fitness in all forms is my focus – when training with me one-on-one or in group classes, you can expect that we will use a variety of body weight exercises and an array of equipment types such as kettlebells, steel mace, battle ropes, TRX suspension trainers and more! If it’s functional (meaning you can use it in real life), fun and leaves you feeling a bit stronger or more empowered than you began, we’ll do it!

As a client or student, we’ll work through detailed health and fitness assessments complete with explanations of findings, education and inspiration. Then we’ll create a road map to move you towards your goals that meets your needs and challenge you to safely step beyond your comfort zone.

  • B.S. Business Administration & Industrial and Product Design

  • NPTI-certified Personal Trainer 

  • Specific Areas of Expert Focus: Functional fitness including Animal Flow certified instructor, kettlebells and osteoblast methods
