Exercise, to me, does not begin at the physical level but rather starts with our relationship and perceptions about health, fitness, and ourselves. I emphasize inclusivity and accessibility with fitness and wellness by integrating systems such as yoga & T’ai Chi with fitness training and mindfulness practices. I am skillful in remaining patient and listening to each clients’ specific wants & needs.
Clients looking for a holistic approach to health, fitness and well-being tend to seek me out. A “perfect” formula for flourishing human-being based upon my experiences would include: Yoga, T’ai Chi, strength training, cardiorespiratory fitness, and learning to rest/restore effectively and efficiently.
